Azerbaijani swimmer wins 200 meters backstroke gold in Indonesia
Baku, September 27 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani swimmer Boris Kirillov claimed the men`s 200m backstroke gold at the 3rd Islamic Solidarity Games in Palembang, Indonesia, increasing the country`s medal haul to 13.
Azerbaijani weightlifter Intigam Zairov weighing in at 94kg lifted a total of 365kg (165kg in snatch and 200kg in clean and jerk) to win silver medal.
Azerbaijan ranks seventh in the medal table.
