Azerbaijan`s Deputy FM meets participants of 99th National Management Course of Pakistan
Baku, November 26 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalaf Khalafov has met participants of the 99th National Management Course of Pakistan.
Mr. Khalafov praised political relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, saying they had deep historical and cultural roots.
He hailed Azerbaijan-Pakistan inter-parliamentary cooperation.
The Deputy Minister thanked Pakistan for supporting Azerbaijan`s position on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the parliament`s adopting a resolution recognizing the Khojaly Genocide.
Mr. Khalafov stressed the importance of strengthening the bilateral relations through Azerbaijan-Pakistan Joint Inter-Governmental Cooperation Commission.
The Deputy FM also highlighted Azerbaijan`s foreign policy priorities, as well as the country`s role in regional and global politics.
