Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture meets Hungarian ambassador
Baku, August 22 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture Ismat Abbasov has met Hungarian ambassador to the country Jolt Chutora.
The Azerbaijani minister highlighted the country`s accomplishments in the field of agriculture, saying the foundations of this successes were laid by national leader Heydar Aliyev.
“This policy is successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev,” he added.
Mr. Abbasov also talked about the government`s attention to development of agriculture.
On the steadily developing bilateral ties between the two countries, the Minister said Azerbaijan and Hungary had great potentials in the agrarian sphere.
The two exchanged views on prospects for agricultural cooperation between Azerbaijan and Hungary.
The Minister also praised the activity of the working group on agriculture and food industry, established for intensifying the implementation of agreement “On Cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hungary”.
Jolt Chutora noted he would try his best for further developing the Azerbaijan-Hungary relations during his tenure in Baku.
