AZERBAIJAN’S YOUNG WRESTLERS WIN SEVEN MEDALS IN ARDABIL

Azerbaijan’s young wrestlers brought home a clutch of seven medals from the international freestyle and Greco-Roman tournament held in Ardabil, Iran.
Azerbaijan`s best result was posted by Khurshud Babashov (46 kg) and Tural Huseynov (69 kg) who beat all their rivals to mount the highest step on the podium.
Three other Azerbaijani athletes Orkhan Jabbarlı (42 kg), Araz Hasanov (76 kg) and Murtuza Tagıyev (69 kg) won silver.
Azerbaijan`s bronze medals came from Vilayat Qahramanlı (42 kg) and Qasım Mammadov (50 kg).
