AZERI DEPUTY INDUSTRY AND ENERGY MINISTER MEETS SAUDI ARABIAN AMBASSADOR

Baku, 26 October (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s deputy minister of industry and energy Gulmammad Javadov met today ambassador of Saudi Arabia.

Javadov briefed the ambassador on the ongoing energy reforms in his country. He said Azerbaijan actively participates in ensuring Europe`s energy security.

The Ambassador spoke of the Saudi Fund for Development`s workings, saying so far the organization carried out several investment projects of over $140 billion. He added the Fund was keen on cooperation with Azerbaijan, as well.

The sides also discussed prospects for bilateral industry and energy cooperation.
