Baku hosts another session of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Intergovernmental Commission

Baku has hosted the 12th session of the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
The sides signed a protocol on amendments to the agreement between the Azerbaijani and Kazakh governments on cooperation in the field of protection of industrial property.
Energy Minister Natig Aliyev was a co-chair of the commission on behalf of Azerbaijan, while his counterpart Vladimir Shkolnik on behalf of Kazakhstan.
The event also featured a press conference.
Co-chair of the commission on behalf of Azerbaijan, Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev highlighted current state of relations between the two countries.
Vladimir Shkolnik, the co-chair on behalf of Kazakhstan said more than 100 documents were signed between the two countries. The Co-chair said majority of these documents covered the field of energy. Vladimir Shkolnik added there were great opportunities for boosting cooperation in the fields of agriculture transport.
