Belarus ambassador to Azerbaijan visits Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Nakhchivan, June 30 (AZERTAC). Belarus ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolai Pastkevich has today visited the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to meet Chairman of the Supreme Majlis Vasif Talibov.

Talibov said Azerbaijan-Belarus relations had been developing successfully, and noted the role of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the bilateral relations.

He pointed out that the bilateral ties between the Autonomous Republic and Belarus had been expanding in a variety of fields, including agriculture and health ones.

Talibov also expressed confidence that the bilateral bonds would continue to expand even further.

The Belarus ambassador hailed Azerbaijan`s and Nakhchivan`s rapid development, and said there were good prospects for friendly ties between the two countries.
