Isgandarov, in turn, briefed the Chair of the Political and Security Committee on the negotiation process over the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
He said the problem should be solved on the basis of principles and norms of international law, respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty of states. Isgandarov stressed the importance of the EU`s decisive stand on this issue.
