CIS Executive Committee experts to discuss topical issues
Minsk, March 27 (AZERTAC). On March 27-28, CIS Executive Committee will convene here a meeting of an expert group on completion and coordination of drafts of the Concept of stage-by-stage formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration in the Commonwealth member states and Priority Actions for formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration for 2014 - 2015s.
The concept represents a system of views on the purpose, the principles, tasks and stages of formation of a common labor market, priorities and mechanisms of the realization of policy in the field of the social and labor relations, and also creation of standard and legal basis of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration.
The draft has been developed for realization of CIS Strategy of Economic Development for the period till 2020 on the basis of the international legal acts.
Formation of a common labor market is understood as a system of the coordinated measures for reproduction, regulation, exchange and rational use of labor in the member states directed on increase of the efficiency of use of cumulative labor and intellectual capacities of the CIS countries.
The Executive Committee is also to hold a meeting of the working group of Council for cooperation in the field of education of the CIS states in coordination of the draft of the Regulations on the International Festival for updating and improving pedagogical skills.
The initiative about the organization of such a forum belongs to the Ministry of Education of Belarus.
