Delegation of Turkish Grand National Assembly visits Milli Majlis

A delegation of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (GNAT) met Monday with the members of the Science and Education Committee of the Milli Majlis, and the working group on Azerbaijan-Türkiye inter-parliamentary relations.
Ahliman Amiraslanov, Chairman of the Health Committee of the Milli Majlis, Head of the Working Group on Azerbaijan-Türkiye Interparliamentary Relations, noted that such meetings and reciprocal visits contribute to the development of friendly ties between the two countries.
Chairman of the Science and Education Committee of the Milli Majlis Anar Isgandarov emphasized that the relations of friendship and brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, that stood the test of the time, set an example for the whole.
The Chairman of the committee hailed the high-level cooperation between the countries in the field of science and education.
Mahmut Özer, Chairman of the Commission for Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye; Shamil Ayrim, Head of Türkiye-Azerbaijan friendship group and Orhan Erdem, Head of the friendship group with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, congratulated the Azerbaijani MPs on their election to the seventh convocation of Milli Majlis, and wished them success in their future endeavors.
The discussions at the meeting were also concerned with the high level of relations between the fraternal countries, further deepening of inter-parliamentary relations and other issues of mutual interest.
