Former President of Hungarian MTI News Agency visits AzerTAc VIDEO
Baku, April 11 (AZERTAC). Advisor of Hungarian Parliament`s Speaker, Former President of MTI News Agency Sándor Dorogi has visited today Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AZERTAC) where he met Director General Aslan Aslanov.
The Director General briefed Sándor Dorogi on the history of AZERTAC. Aslanov also spoke of Azerbaijan`s increasing prestige across the world, adding Azerbaijan had become a leader in the region.
“All these achievements have created new opportunities for expansion of international relations of AZERTAC, which entered the global news community.”
On declaration 2013 as a "Year of the information and communication technologies” by President Ilham Aliyev, Mr. Aslanov highlighted the progress achieved in the field of development in the mentioned sphere.
Sándor Dorogi, in turn, noted as a former president of Hungarian MTI News Agency, he was aware of the activity of AZERTAC.
On overall developing relations between the two countries, Sándor Dorogi stressed the role of news exchanging on boosting both countries` ties.
