Friends of Azerbaijan in South Africa, Croatian-Azerbaijan Friendship Society sign MOU
Baku, February 3 (AZERTAC). Friends of Azerbaijan in South Africa and Croatian-Azerbaijan Friendship Society have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to bolster collaboration.
The MOU was signed by Andrija Karafilipovic, president of Coordination of Croatia Friendship Societies and Vice President of Croatia-Azerbaijan Friendship Society, and James Dey, co-founder of Friends of Azerbaijan in South Africa. The signing ceremony took place at the offices of Coordination of Croatian Friendship Societies in Zagreb.
“This is a landmark event, that we hope, will not only assist the efforts of each friendship society, but also be the beginning of collaboration between Azerbaijani friendship societies across the world. I believe that a lot of value can be gained by young friendship societies like ours from the experience of already established friendship societies across the globe,” said Dey.
