Your Excellency,

On the occasion of Your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the Lao people and my own, I would like to convey to Your Excellency my sincere congratulations and best wishes for your good health, personal well-being and great success in leading your country toward prosperity.

I am confident that under your leadership the friendly relations and cooperation between the Lao People`s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan, both bilateral and multilateral, will further enhance and flourish for the benefit of our two peoples as well as that of the international peace and development cooperation.
