Dear Mr. President,
I would like to convey to you my congratulations on the convincing victory in presidential election in Azerbaijan and wish you every success in this high post.
I sincerely hope that under your leadership Azerbaijan will remain committed to the strengthening of cooperation with Lithuania and other countries of the European Union because we can only achieve our common interests related to security, peace and prosperity together.
I wish you good health and invite you to Vilnius at the end of November to discuss the prospects of political, economic and social cooperation with the leaders of the European Union and the "Eastern Partnership".
Let me once again congratulate you on your victory. Your Excellency, please accept the assurances of my highest consideration.
