Dear Mr. President,
Your convincing victory in the presidential election held on 9 October is proof of the great confidence of the citizens of the friendly and brotherly Azerbaijan in you and people’s approval of the tremendous work you have carried out for the development of political, social and economic life of the country.
Under your leadership, Azerbaijan has multiplied its political and economic power in the region, improved the living conditions and rights of its citizens to a decent standard. In addition, thanks to the importance you attach to Turkish-Azerbaijani relations, our bilateral relations have further expanded and the concept of "one nation in two states" acquired a new content in both countries.
On behalf of all members of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Turkey and myself, I am pleased to congratulate you on your reelection as President. I bring to your attention my boundless confidence over the fact that your success will be continued.
