I extend my cordial congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday, May 28, Foundation Day of Azerbaijan.

The relations between Montenegro and Azerbaijan have always been cordial and friendly. I am confident that our future cooperation will further foster such relations between our states and nations.

I avail myself of the opportunity to express high appreciation for your personal contribution to the cooperation between our countries, whose relations are an excellent example for the world. Our common approach to the respect of these universal values points out to the way of realisation of global stability and prosperity.
