I am pleased to note that bilateral relations between Georgia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, linked with deep traditional ties, are based on friendship and good-neighborliness and high level of cooperation forms solid bases for successful interaction in various fields of common interest.
I am confident that with our joint efforts cooperation will further deepen and develop for the benefit of our countries and peoples.
