I would like to express to You my warmest congratulations on Your re-election to the office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I am certain that the bilateral relations of our countries will be further developed, under your leadership and due to the importance You will attach to them, to the mutual benefit and progress of our two peoples and states.

The new era that has arisen in our bilateral relations has given the first tangible results in the economic sector and in the aftermath of Your re-election, I look forward to seeing this potential being reinforced and extended even more, in order to cover the full spectrum of our bilateral relations.
