Please accept my sincere congratulations on your re-election to the post of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Your regular victory in the election testifies to the active support on the part of the citizens of Azerbaijan for course towards socioeconomic development of the country and strengthening of its international standing under your leadership. Our peoples share common spiritual values and traditions, mutual trust and confidence which have stood the test of time.

I am confident that our cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, which is based on strong foundations, will be successfully continued.
