GAS TRANSFER TO STATE MAKES 8.2 BLN CM FOR 11 MONTHS

Gas production was 862.78 million cubic meters in November, of which 789 million was handed over to the state, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan said.

SOCAR extracted 491.13 million cubic meters from its fields, while Consortium produced 115 million 964 thousand cubic meters of gas from the “Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli” field, and 181 million 993 thousand cubic meters from the “Shahdeniz” field.

In total, gas transfer to the state has stood at 8 billion 219 million 84 thousand cubic meters since the beginning of 2007, of which 4 billion 697 million 774 thousand cubic meters belongs to the SOCAR, while 2 billion 722 million 485 thousand cubic meters to the consortium.
