GAS TRANSFER TO STATE MAKES UP OVER 898 MLN CM IN MARCH
According to the Azerbaijan’s State Oil Company (SOCAR), 898 mln 693 thousand 275 cubic meters of natural gas was transferred to the state in March this year, of which 578 mln 365 thousand 178 cubic meters was produced by the SOCAR, while 320 million 328 thousand 97 cubic meters by the consortium.
Consortium’s 137 million 262 thousand 876 cubic meters of gas was extracted from the “Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli” field, and 183 million 65 thousand 221 cubic meters from “Shahdeniz” field.
In total, gas transfer to the state has stood at 2 billion 651million 801 thousand 694 cubic meters in January-March, 2008, of which 1 billion 670 million 914 thousand 89 cubic meters belongs to the SOCAR, while 980 mln 887 thousand 605 cubic meters to the consortium.
