My dear friend, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to You and the people of France on the occasion of the national holiday of France – Day of Capture of Bastilia.
We attach great importance to development of the friendly and cooperation relations between Azerbaijan and France. I am convinced that we shall continue our mutual efforts to expand bilateral relations in all fields.
I am hopeful towards the role of France as OSCE Minsk Group co-chair in settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorny Karabakh conflict – the most painful problem of our people. I hope, You, Mr. President, will further make every possible effort in the peacemaking process to reach real conclusion.
