The largest non-governmental higher institution of Ukraine- Interregional Personnel Management Academy /IPMA/ of International Personnel Academy /IPA/ with over 22 thousand students of different countries of world, including Azerbaijan turns 15, on April 15, AzerTAj correspondent reports.

As is known, Institute of Social Sciences and International relations after HeydarAliyev has been functioning in the frame of IPMA.

Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Talat Aliyev congratulated rector of IPA Georgy Shekin, leadership and professor-pedagogic staff of IPMA and Institute after Heydar Aliyev on this momentous event, wished them success in pedagogic activity, as well as strengthening and expansion of cooperation between the two countries.
