Italian online magazine “Marie Claire.it” posts article on Baku
Baku, December 28 (AZERTAC). Italian online magazine “Marie Claire.it” has published an article on the development of Azerbaijan`s capital, Baku.
The author who named Baku as “the City of Future” narrates about the must-see places of the Azerbaijani capital, which combines both ancient and modern styles of architecture.
The article features information on the State Museum of Azerbaijani Carpet and Applied Art named after Latif Karimov, saying it is a unique institution that keeps one of the richest collections of Azerbaijan carpets in the world. The Museum displays Azerbaijani carpets and rug items of various weaving techniques and materials from various periods, and organizes public lectures, courses on carpets and applied arts.
The article also features Baku`s most distinguished landmarks and restaurants with high quality services, as well as Icherisheher (Inner City), Boulevard, “Flame Towers”, which turned into the symbol of modern Baku.
