JACK ISNARD: “AZERBAIJAN HAS SPECIAL ROLE IN ALL-EUROPEAN COOPERATION”

President of the International Union of Court Decision Executors Jack Isnard, who took part at the international conference on subject of standards and possibilities in ensuring supremacy of law on execution of courts decisions in Azerbaijan, president of national school of procedures, prof. Abel Didie Pansard, the executive director on TACIS Program of the European Union Bernard Manu on 30 November have met with the Minister of Justice of Azerbaijan Fikret Mammadov.

Informing in detail on all-round development of Azerbaijan under the guidance of President Ilham Aliyev, the cardinal democratic reforms ongoing in the country, the complex measures on modernization of judicial system and improvement of the activity of justice, the Minister noted exclusive role of timely and right execution of court verdicts for efficiency of justice. He especially marked the importance of the just-ended conference on the subject.

Speaking on successful realization of the special project for protection of the court executors in Azerbaijan, Jack Isnard said that Azerbaijan holds special place in the All-European cooperation and attaches great importance to expansion of relations with the European Union. Noting that the quick development of Azerbaijan, with rich culture, economic and human potential, the reached accomplishments arouse great interest, he expressed hope to see the country as a member of the International Union of Court Decision Executors.
