Japanese professor visits Baku State University

Professor Oliver B. Wright from Division of Applied Physics, Hokkaido University, Japan, has visited the Nano Research Laboratory at Baku State University. He gave a paper on acoustic metamaterials, plasmonic crystals and GHz vibrations in nanostructures. The event featured an answer-and-session question with the Japanese professor.
Professor Wright was also informed of researches conducted at the Nano Research Laboratory.
He then had a meeting with dean of the Faculty of Physics of BSU Mammadali Ramazanov to discuss cooperation between the two universities and opportunities for preparing master and doctoral students.
