Khazar University partnering Project Actors Capacity Training in Caucasus
The key goal of the project is to successfully transfer existing knowledge for project developers in Europe to the Caucasus Region and contribute to capacity building in Caucasus universities. The wider objectives of PACT are:
to contribute to capacity building in Caucasus universities in project development skills; 2) to contribute to development and strengthening of international relations between EU and Caucasus universities.
Within the project, international project development and grant writing skills will be developed as the basic skills for other academic projects in the future. Young researchers, PhD students and lecturers will learn how to develop their own ideas and structure them in order to find financial support. With a common project development training program, young academic staff in 9 Caucasus universities are trained in face-to-face and online sessions using support tools for project managers developed in the EU. An interactive resource platform provides documents, videos and other learning resources, and a networking section promotes mentoring between EU and Caucasus universities.
