Khazar University signs exchange protocol with Turkish Firat University

Baku, April 28 (AZERTAC). Khazar University has signed an exchange protocol under Maulana Exchange Program with Turkish Firat University.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, founder and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees of Khazar University Hamlet Isakhanli described the document as important.

He said the protocol would play a profound role in developing student and expert exchange between the two universities.
