Khazar University, Turkish Bartin University sign protocol on cooperation
Baku, May 9 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Khazar University and Turkey’s Bartin University have signed a protocol on cooperation.
The deal was inked as part of the visit of rector of Bartin University Ramazan Kaplan to Khazar University.
Speaking to the signing ceremony, pro-rector of Khazar University Mahammad Isakhanli said the protocol would contribute to developing the exchange of students and teachers between the two universities.
