Mayor of Rabat: We seek to develop relations with Baku
Cairo, September 2, AZERTAC
“We are keen to deepen relations with Baku. It would be useful to consider possible joint projects in this area,” said Fatiha El Moudni, Mayor of Rabat, during a meeting with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Morocco Nazim Samadov.
During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening ties between the two capitals, particularly the importance of collaboration in various fields. In this context, the parties expressed optimism about the soonest signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Baku and Rabat, which was initiated by the Azerbaijani side.
Furthermore, the Mayor of Rabat received an invitation letter to participate in the 3rd Azerbaijan National Urban Planning Forum in Khankendi and Baku, scheduled for this October.
