Novruz holiday celebrated in Latvia

An event to mark Novruz holiday, co-organized by the Embassies of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Türkiye and Uzbekistan, was held in Riga, Latvia.
The event, hosted at the "Mežaparka Lielā estrāde," brought together heads of Latvian state institutions, members of the Latvian Seima, heads of diplomatic missions, famous artists, members of the Azerbaijani community, as well as Azerbaijani students studying in the country.
Azerbaijani Ambassador Elnur Sultanov emphasized that it was the third time that Novruz holiday was celebrated in Latvia together with the Embassies of Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. He conveyed his congratulations on Novruz holiday, the common heritage and symbol of solidarity of the Turkic world.
Dauren Karipov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan; Özlem Hırsan, Chargé d'Affaires of Türkiye and Timur Rakhmanov, Uzbek Ambassador, also delivered speeches, expressing their best wishes on the occasion of Novruz holiday.
The event continued with an artistic program.
