“Ancient history, rich culture of Azerbaijan and its people’s hospitality aroused unforgettable feelings”, said Polish President’s spouse Maria Kaczynska when touring the Inner City (old part of Baku) on March 31.

She was curious about architecture of the old buildings here and history of the carpet weaving.

M. Kaczynska also visited the Maiden’s Tower, carpet museum of people’s artist Kamil Aliyev and Shirvanshah’s Palace.
