PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK: “ILHAM ALIYEV: CITATIONS AND THE ANALYSIS”
Opening the ceremony, vice-speaker of Milli Majlis Bahar Muradova has noted, that the Azerbaijani people, made the correct decision, having elected 13 years ago national leader Heydar Aliyev the President. And then the people has repeated its position in October 2003 having elected Ilham Aliyev as President, the worthy successor of political line of Heydar Aliyev. With Ilham Aliyev, she said, had been opened new page in history of Azerbaijan.
Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov, chairman of the standing committee of Milli Majlis on science and education issues Shamsaddin Hjaiyev, deputy chairman of the MM standing committee on international relations and inter-parliamentary links Gultekin Hajiyeva, MP Bakhtiyar Aliyev, Rafael Huseynov, on behalf of the country’s youth – Jeyhun Osmali in their remarks share views on the book.
Scientific editor of the edition and the author of "Foreword" is the head of Administration of the President, PhD, professor Ramiz Mehdiyev.
The book includes articles by the head of department of political questions of President Administration, the doctor of historical sciences, professor Ali Hasanov, the vice-chairman of the standing committee of Milli Majlis on economic policy, candidate of economic sciences Azer Amiraslanov, the head of foreign relations department of President Administration Novruz Mammadov and others.
The orators have regarded the book as great contribution to study the modern history of Azerbaijan.
