PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV CONGRATULATES ELECTED RUSSIAN PRESIDENT DMITRY MEDVEDEV
President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan sent a message of congratulations to the elected Russian president Dmitry Medvedev.
The message runs: “Azerbaijan and Russia are connected with close friendly, cooperation and mutually beneficial ties.
The bilateral relations between the two countries have acquired new qualitative level and reached strategic partnership”.
President of Azerbaijan expressed confidence for further mutual efforts to serve progress of peoples of the two countries, for peace and stability in region, dynamic development of intestate relations in the years ahead.
Head of the Azerbaijan State wished the elected president of Russia robust health, happiness and further successful activity for welfare of the brotherly Russian people.
