PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES RUSSIA’S MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received, at the Gabala Mayor’s Office on March 2, the Minister of Education and Science of Russia Andrey Fursenko.The President said: “This visit is a great opportunity for you to be acquainted with not only the city of Baku but also other regions of our country, and eyewitness the socio-economic progress they have achieved.”
The Head of State pointed out that the Azerbaijan-Russia cooperation in the field of education is as successful as in any other one. “As far as I know, in the course of your visit, you had a comprehensive exchange of views, and agreed on concrete issues of the cooperation,” he said.
Minister Fursenko noted the fact of meeting with the President in Gabala district deeply impressed him. “During the visit we had very fruitful talks on implementation of the projects aimed at enhancement of our cooperation in the sphere of education” he said.
