PRESIDENT OF POLAND LECH KACZYNSKI ARRIVES IN AZERBAIJAN
President of Poland Lech Kaczynski arrived on a two-day visit to Azerbaijan on March 30. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Polish President was welcomed by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and other officials.
Lech Kaczynski will start his trip with visiting Heydar Aliyev’s tomb at the Alley of Honors and shahids’ graves at the Martyrs’ Alley.
The President of Poland will meet with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev first in private and then in the presence of the two countries’ delegations. The meeting will be followed by signing of the documents and joint press conference of both leaders.
In Baku, the Polish President will also meet March 31 with Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and Milli Majlis speaker Ogtay Asadov, and visit the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Catholic Church.
