SOCAR President meets with bp Executive Vice President

On March 2, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with Gordon Birrell, Executive Vice President for Production and Operations at bp.
During the meeting, the sides hailed the long-standing and successful cooperation between SOCAR and bp. They also emphasized the importance of jointly implemented projects.
The discussions covered upstream projects, including Azeri-Chirag-Deepwater Gunashli (ACG) and NAG (Non-Associated Gas), Shah Deniz Compression, Karabakh, Ashrafi-Dan Ulduzu-Aypara (ADUA), as well as Shafag-Asiman.
The parties also reviewed opportunities for joint participation in various projects in third countries.
The discussions further addressed midstream and renewable energy projects, along with other issues of mutual interest.
