The weighted average exchange prices made up 0.8280 AZN for 1 US dollar in the Baku, Interbank Currency Exchange on May 5.

The average-weighted dollar exchange rate was 0.8282 AZN at the morning session on US currency in the BEST (Bourse E-system of trades). No deals were closed on instrument USD/AZM T+0 at the morning session. Manat exchange remained unchanged.

Deals worth 6, 692, 263 AZN were closed on USD/AZN T+0 at the afternoon session. Manat exchange rate was 0.8280.

The volume of trades totaled 6,692,263 AZN (USD 8,082,000) on the instrument USD/AZM T+0 for both sessions. The average cost of deals made up 1,616,400 dollars

The deals on the instrument USD/AZM T+1, T+2 and SWAP USD/AZN were not registered because of lack of demand.

There were no deals made on Instrument RUR/AZN and EUR/AZN T+0. In the inter-bank credit market functioning in the framework of BEST, BakiBOR index counted in line with requests made by market makers constituted 15.64 % in manats on 90 day-instruments, and 16.50% in USD.

In the interbank credit market functioning within the BEST, two deals worth AZN 2,000,000 and USD 1,000,000 were closed at the 14 and 15% interest rates respectively.
