Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia to realize new economic projects
Istanbul, January 21 (AZERTAC). Speaking at a joint press conference with his visiting Georgian counterpart Giorgi Margvelashvili, the Turkish President Abdulla Gul said: “Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan have been developing major strategic projects in the region and we will keep up for new ones.”
According to Gul, the three friendly and brotherly countries have carried out great and strategically important projects so far, and are going to continue their cooperation, which is evidenced by the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars and TANAP projects.
President Gul has also touched upon the existing conflicts in region, stressing the importance of their settlement peacefully and based on the territorial integrity of the states.
