13,7 MLN TONS OF FREIGHTS BY MOTOR TRANSPORT

For Jan-March 2004, cargo transportations by motor transport increased by 9,4% compared with the first quarter of last year and made up 13,7 mln tons.

Turnover of goods made up 1,7 mln tons, AzerTAj correspondent learnt from State Stats Committee.

Conveyance of passengers increased by 2,1% and made up 190,7 mln.
