The 25th World Youth Congress continues in Azerbaijan, with around 50 young people from 17 counties participating.

The event is aimed at strengthening cooperation among world youth, and at the same time it is a huge opportunity for Azerbaijan`s young people to make their voices heard on an international stage.

The congress started in Ganja and then continued in Gabala where the participants visited must-see places and familiarized themselves with Azerbaijan`s cultural traditions.

On Thursday, the congress participants will move on to Baku where they will hold a series of meetings.

The 25th World Youth Congress in Azerbaijan will end with an exhibition at the Absheron Exhibition Center in Ichari Shahar on Saturday.

Organizers of the event entitled “You and Me in Europe” are Azerbaijani youth organization “Bridge to the Future” and the international organization “Youth for Exchange and Understanding”.

Azerbaijan Ministry of Youth and Sports and the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe provide the financial support for the congress.
