AMBASSADOR MEETS WITH AZERBAIJANIS IN BISHKEK

Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan Aydin Azimbayov met with the representatives of Azerbaijan Diaspora in Bishkek, AzerTAj correspondent reported.

The Ambassador spoke of state care for Azerbaijanis living abroad, reminded the I Congress of World Azerbaijanis held in Baku. Ambassador Azimbayav also told of the recent official visit of Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan

Representatives of “Azeri” cultural center in Bishkek spoke of problems of the Azerbaijanis in this country, stressed necessity of expansion of links between the two countries.

Then, the Ambassador familiarized with the newly commissioned Azerbaijan mosque in the city.
