Azerbaijan, China sign Letter of Intent on AI cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev met with Yin Hejun, Minister of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, on the sidelines of the Second Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange held in Chengdu, China.
The ministers discussed the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of science.
As part of the meeting, the sides signed a Letter of Intent on the joint implementation of a cooperation program in the scientific field of artificial intelligence. Additionally, a second Letter of Intent was signed on the joint implementation of a special cooperation program in science, technology, and innovation between the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
