Azerbaijan creates mobile mini-fertilizer plant
Baku, September 24 (AZERTAC). Scientists at the Institute of Chemical Problems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) have created a mobile mini-plant for the production of fertilizers, which are obtained from the recycling of household and industrial wastes, the report of ANAS said on Tuesday.
New technology allows producing the fertilizers from household wastes with the addition of mineral compounds.
Researches in this direction have been carried out under the supervision of the Institute's employee, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Mirali Alosmanov.
The obtained fertilizers can be used for growing all kinds of plants, the scientist said.
These mini-plants are planned to be produced in large numbers and used in all areas.
Mini-plant was tested on a pilot-plant factory of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of ANAS, where necessary results were obtained.
Fertilizers were used at Guba Regional Scientific and Agricultural Center.
The use of obtained fertilizers is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Energy, Ministry of Economic Development and JSC Tamiz Shahar.
The State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents and Turkish Sakarya University gave the patent for invention.
