Azerbaijan increases cargo transportation via railway in first half of 2013
Baku, July 23 (AZERTAC). Some 11.2 mln tons of cargo transported via railway in Azerbaijan in the first half of 2013, which is 0.7 % more in comparison with the same period of 2012.
According to the State Statistical Committee, on average 661 wagons were entrained, 563 wagons - detrained per day.
Some 25,1 thousand tons of cargo were entrained on the North direction, 6,4 thousand tons - on West direction and 6,000 tons - on South directions.
