Azerbaijan, Latvia explore enhancing judicial and legal cooperation

On July 10, Inam Karimov, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, met with a Latvian delegation led by Irēna Kucina, President of the Constitutional Court of Latvia.
Inam Karimov highlighted the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia. He briefed the Latvian delegation on the reforms aimed at modernizing and diversifying the country's judicial system, as well as accelerating its digital transformation.
Irēna Kucina emphasized the importance of strengthening judicial and legal cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia. She also praised Azerbaijan’s achievements and reforms in the judicial system.
The meeting also addressed other issues of mutual interest.
