European Olympic Youth Festival wrapped up in Belgrade. Judoist Shahin Gahramanov gained a gold medal for the national team on the last day of the tournament.

S. Gahramanov (90 kg) beat Dorde Kisina from Bosnia and Herzegovina to mount the highest step on the podium. Apart from him, Vugar Shirinli (50 kg), Elsever Sadigzadeh (55 kg) and Sarkhan Ahmadov became champions as well.

Moreover, Ramin Guliyev won gold medals in the 100 and 200 meters race while Anver Zeynalzdeh in the high jump event.

With 7 gold medals, Azerbaijan team ranked sixth after Russia, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Ukraine.
