AZERBAIJAN REPRESENTED IN GOLDEN AUTUMN FAIR IN SAINT PETERSBURG
“Golden Autumn” fair was held September 9 in Saint Petersburg, Azerbaijan’s consulate reported.
The solemn ceremony, which began in the square where Nizami Ganjavi monument was mounted, was attended by representatives of the Azerbaijani community.
Consul Gudri Osmanov said the every Azerbaijan is proud of the fact that Nizami monument exists in the center of the Russian culture. He told of the friendly relations between the two peoples.
As friendly relations were established between the city leadership and consulate of Azerbaijan, a number of events dedicated to Nizami Ganjavi will be held shortly.
