Azerbaijan, Swiss Aargau canton discuss cooperation

Baku, December 5 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani ambassador to Switzerland Akram Zeynalli has visited the country`s Aargau canton to discuss the issues of bilateral cooperation.

The ambassador met prime minister of canton Zuzanne Hohule, and they stressed the significance of building relations between Azerbaijani regions and Swiss cantons.

They explored opportunities for expanding Azerbaijan-Aargau cooperation in economic, humanitarian and cultural spheres.

They agreed to conduct the Azerbaijani culture days in the canton.

The visit also saw the Azeri ambassador attend a session of the canton`s parliament as a guest of honor.
