Azerbaijani boxer Sotomayor to battle for Olympic gold

Baku, August 19, AZERTAC

Lorenzo Sotomayor will become the first Azerbaijani boxer to win an Olympic boxing gold if he is successful in the final in the Rio 2016.

He defeated German Artem Harutyunyan in the Men's Light Welter (64kg).

Sotomayor will face Uzbek Fazliddin Gaibnazarov in the gold medal bout.
